goGroup PT Classes
goGroup Personal Training classes are the staple of our group offerings. It’s your chance to experience the goPerformance® style of training with the motivation of others fighting together through a non-stop action packed work out that is sure to make the most out of every minute. You will learn and experience a variety of non-traditional exercises sure to challenge and keep you guessing what our fitness coach’s have in store next!

Specialized Group Training
We offer a more specialized Group Training experience with goBootCamp for those who desire to take their training to another level! We're constantly adding new and exciting training programs. Check with the front desk, or call the club to learn more about our offerings.

CrossFit®
CrossFit® is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Participants can experience an intense training method for vastly improving strength and conditioning levels using a wide range of functional fitness methods. Participants can expect to feel their strength, stamina, power, balance, coordination, endurance, and focus tested using exercises taken from Olympic lifting, gymnastics, athletics, and amped up day-to-day movements such as jumping, throwing, running, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling.
