Scott Greene

Club manager moved fom Louisville to Western Kentucky in 1998 after being awarded a baseball scholarship to Murray State University where he played Division 1 Baseball for four years.  Scott graduated in 2002 from MSU with a B.S. in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Wellness.  Since college, Scott has gone on to complete multiple fitness events including a triathlon.  Scott is also obtaining personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise which he will complete September 2008.  His formal education and experience as an athlete has allowed him to confidently work with a variety of client types ranging from post-physical therapy patients to successful ultramarthoners.  Scott's Philosohy on Fitness and Wellness is his belief in the importance of complete wellbeing-physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.  Each area is intertwined.  When a person is healthy and fit, they feel better, have more energy, and are more adept at handling life's ever-changing stresses.  It's simple- a fit person is a successful person.



Richard Abraham

Richard has over twenty five years of personal training experience.  He is certified by N.E.S.T.A (National Endurance and Sports Trainers Association) with a Lifetime Certification.  He is also certified by AFAA.  Richard specializes in circuit training with a focus on understanding how the body responds whe old habits are changed.  Richard's Training Philosophy is never underestimate the resiliency of your body- it is truly an awesome creation and deserves the utmost respect.  "My job as a trainer is to encourage, motivate, and give you the tools to reach your fitness and wellness goals.  Remember, it is not about being thin or skinny.  It is about being healthy.  Come "Break a Sweat" with me at goPerformance."

With your goals in mind, this program will give you all the tools and personalized attention to maximize your training efforts. A Personal Trainer will be assigned to you in order to develop your custom workout program. In addition you'll receive nutritional guidelines and monthly evaluations to help ensure progress.

go Group Strength & Performance Training
These highly specialized group sessions are limited to a few participants. Sessions are intended to be convenient and effective by maximizing your training efforts with the latest functional strength and performance training methods.
