We offer a Varity of Group Fitness programs to meet your individual needs. With some traditional style group exercise classes, goFIT Classes, to focus on the beginner and enthusiast that wishes to improve their fitness levels with the motivation of working in a small group setting. A more specialized Group Training experience with sessions conducted by a Personal Trainer focusing on functional strength and performance training for those who desire to take their training to another level! All group offerings available to members and non-members.
Our Group Fitness offerings include:
goFIT Classes
These short but effective classes for all fitness levels will focus on components of fitness such as cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, and core strength. Be sure to sign-up in advance because classes are limited on size to allow for more personal attention from your trainer.
go Specialized group training
These highly specialized and unique sessions are instructed by a Personal Trainer to focus on more specific training goals. Designed to get results fast with methods that are proven to be effective and efficient at changing your body and performance levels! Take part in this intense group training session with 3-6 participants. Contact the club for availability and to enroll in these group sessions.
Sports Performance Training
At goPerformance, we learn and preactice the training methods used by professional and collegiate athletes to take their performanceto the next level. We match the unique training load and skill-work needed at each level. The training components covered at our sessions WILL increase strength, speed, agility, quickness, balance and power....the major components that measure athleticism across the spectrum of sports, so no matter what your game of choice, we can help YOU perform better.

This specialized group training offering is an 8-week program that is sure to transform your body, mind, and spirit. An incredibly intense and fantastically fun small group workout aimed at building strength, developing muscle, and dropping fast. You will be given just the push you need to get into the best shape of your life! Each participant will receive a log to keep track of their fitness homework, eating habits, and their ongoing progress. Plus we include an initial individual assessment to discuss goals, diet, and to log starting bodyweight, body-fat percentage, and assess strength levels.
