All members and guest have access during Staff Hours listed below. 24-Hour access will be granted to members. Guests and non-members are not allowed after Staffed Hours. To become a member or inquire about our services please visit or call during Staffed Hours.

Staffed Hours:
Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Sunday: by appointment

Staff Hours are subject to change for Holidays and certain times of the year. Please call in advance for change of hours around major holidays.

We are on the lower level of Cummins Station in Suite 149. Located downtown at Demonbreun St. & 10th Ave. just off I-40 next to the Union Station Hotel and the Frist Art Center.

PARKING
There is ample parking across 10th Ave. You may also park at the Gateway Parking Lot, next to the Flying Saucer Restaurant, and enter from the rear of the building on the first floor. Please ask for a validation ticket for either parking lot at our front desk to use when exiting the lot. We are happy to provide a 2-hour validation ticket but after 2 hours you are responsible for additional parking fees. Meter parking available as well in front of the building.
