Why open a goPerformance® facility?
Fitness clubs today
Fitness facilities are increasing rapidly in number and size to accommodate the masses and attract all consumer types. This has resulted in large, over-crowded clubs with lack of attention to details and many more amenities than the average member may want or need. Smaller niche clubs continue to open as well in order to try and attract the consumer who wants less crowds and convenience over a large club. Often these small facilities lack the individualized attention and unique programming members need from fitness professionals to support their efforts, stay motivated, and engaged in the club’s activities in order to get results and remain with their regimen for improved fitness and performance.
What makes our brand unique?
Our style of clubs, philosophy of exercising, personalized programs, and the hands on approach to working with our clients is what sets us apart. Our clubs and services are designed to promote training with fitness professionals in a unique manner to keep clients engaged and ensure results, while allowing the general user to utilize the latest in fitness equipment on their own schedule 24 hours a day. Our members can avoid crowded, impersonal facilities, old-style fitness classes and equipment, wasted time at the club, boring repetitious workouts, and have the personal space needed to work with a fitness and performance professional.
Our franchise program
goPerformance® Franchising, LLC has created a business approach that may provide the necessary tools and support to help you eliminate the guess work, save time, and prevent costly mistakes in starting up a fitness facility. We may provide the concept along with industry experience, ongoing support, buying power, branding, vendor relationships, and marketing all under the same trademarked name to open and run your own facility. While working together under a common name and philosophy to operate a club you build greater market awareness and become recognized as part of an established chain. Yet with our franchise system, we provide options and the flexability for owners to operate their facilities and programs in a manner that is unique to them, the club’s market, and services you chose to provide.
Our franchise program and chosen vendors may help provide what is needed to open and operate a fitness business in order to live your dream and work your passion! From site location to business plan, facility layout to obtaining financing and marketing to daily operations, the resources will be available to you.
Franchise models
Our franchise program allows for flexibility in the size club or studio you would like to open and operate. We understand the importance of creating a unique facility with programs that fit your market place, budget, and growth expectations.
The Studio model franchise is designed in a personalized facility setting, typically less than 3,500 square feet, that focuses on delivering our style of unique fitness and performance training for individuals looking for more result efficent workouts. Personalized and Group fitness offerings combined with our systems and membership programs may help you maximize your revenues per square foot to make the most of your studio model space.
The Standard model franchise, about 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, provides adequate club space to incorporate our personalized fitness and unique group training programs along with 24-hour membership access. Although larger than our Studio model, it is still sized to provide a comfortable intimate setting for your members without the rigors typically associated with large health clubs. This will allow for less start-up capital and lower monthly overhead compared to the typical big box club yet provide enough space for revenue generating profit centers. And with less upkeep and fewer staff requirements compared to a bigger fitness facility.
