Personalized Training (1 on 1) We will customize a training schedule for you with a Personal Trainer so that you receive individualized attention with every visit to the club. You'll receive many personalized tools to help guide you and ensure results in your fitness, body transformation, and performance program. Semi-Private Training (2-6 people) is the staple of our group offerings. Our semi-private training is for clients who wish to improve their fitness levels with the motivation of working in groups of 2-6. The program follows a workout of the day taking participants through several phases of functional resistance training. If you wish to develop muscular strength, neuromuscular coordination, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and experience an overall improvement in physical wellbeing semi-private training will get you there.
