Chicago Group Conditioning (circuit training and workouts)

Group Conditioning – (6 to 15 people) Group Conditioning is designed to get results fast with a method that is proven to be effective and efficient at changing your body and performance levels. It’s your chance to experience the goPerformance style of training with the motivation of others fighting together through a non-stop action packed work out of the month (WOM) that is sure to make the most out of every minute. You will learn and experience a variety of non-traditional exercises sure to challenge and keep you guessing what our fitness trainers have in store next!

Fundamentals - an introduction to our culture. Our trainers start by evaluating your biomechanics during basic fitness movements and then progress to instruction of our less traditional training methods, such as kettlebells, suspension training, etc



**Schedule is subject to change without notice and space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the scheduled Group Conditioning.

New Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You may join a time slot that is already scheduled within the 24 hour window unless the session is full.
